Perhaps obsoleted might be the wrong word, perhaps made irrelevant for most practical purposes might be a better phrase. According to this Lord Monckton, past Thatcher era science advisor, the upcoming Copenhagen climate treaty meeting will result in the US and the other nations basically creating a one world government that will not have any elected representation to it, just order givers, and because it is a treaty, might trump all of our born with rights.
