Owning land and a tractor and some accessories fits in here as well (all the way down to just two acres and a wheelhorse garden tractor, that and a pickup truck would make a job for one guy, with only fuel being the expense mostly, same as the programmer needs electricity), to have a market garden, so would a commercial fishing boat, or a woodlot wih some logging equipment, etc. A small machine shop as well. Or say a commercial reloading ammo company, I've gotten a lot from one I see at the shows here, loose reloaded rounds in a baggie for about half price of new rounds in a box.
