With that said and read, I would ask him one question, why did they wait then? There's no logical reason for it I can see. If they had these devices, why did they wait until afghanistan was overrun with western forces? And from what I have read, these tiny nukes, even if they did get them and did manage to smuggle them in, need periodic sophisticated rebuilding so they will even go off. Still, an interesting article and I thought ya'all might like it. I think the chances for more large scale "terror" attacks are still there, but just not sure on this particular scenario involving those particular gents..
