Run some of this up a really big tree, tall structure, cliff, outside of building.
Put some on the outside of some gloves. Keep gloves at base of escape route.
In emergency, climb where no-one else can fast.
Better than a ladder as they can't use it. Rope ladders may rot and falling to your death isn't a good plan.
