this is an article about doctor involvement with "harsh interrogation techniques" in the war on some terrorists, but it brings up an additional avenue to fight against forced medical experimentation, which a mandated unproven shot/injection would be. Article:

This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him/her to make an understanding and enlightened decision....."
And it goes on from there. In essence, they cannot force you to be an experimental subject against your will, physically or through any other means. They also can't jhust make your life miserable if you don't take their experimental shot, right there in the principle,"coercion". I think this is an important legal point in all this talk of them forcing you to take a shot if you don't want one. I mean, we hung nazis for this stuff and here it is in black and white.
(and I hope they bust any of those doctors involved with monitoring torture lose their licenses at a minimum)
Any alleged medicine they develop and don't run exhaustive experiments and trials and so on for years never usually gets FDA approval, yes? That's our bog standard normal way to get new medicines and treatments? So if they decide to just go "heck with it, take this new crap that's only a few months old since being developed and good luck, hope it won't kill ya or maim you anyway, BTW we already got a legal get out of being sued card from your friendly mostly corrupt government so neener neener", they are forcing you to be part of an experiment, which is strictly verbotten, as clear as I can read this.
According to what we did after WW2, that's a *capital offense* on their part if they do it or even try to do it, near as I can see. Fairly serious stuff.
