My goodness zog! Put some drops of the CS directly into that poor kitty's eyes!!! It will heal them up pronto.
Remember - I had one of my eyes scratched when a young hen sat on my shoulder and pecked between my cheek and eyeglasses and got my eyeball? After 4 hours, hubby had to take me to the ER cause my eye(s) were tearing up so badly I couldn't keep them opened. Fortunately my eyeball wasn't punctured but man did it HURT!!! Sent me home with a teeny tiny tube of antibiotic cream, a patch over my eye and told me to see an eye doc first thing the next morning. Well hells bells - I didn't have the money for an eye specialist! BUT - I did have CS. The next night, I put CS drops into the eye and put the patch back on. Next morning the injured eye felt BETTER than the one that was well.
So YES! Put the CS directly into kitty's eyes!!!
