Not too bad considering what normal tires, plus kevlar/plastic insert, and tubes cost altogether, and they still go flat. If they work and hold up on one of my bikes, I'll then start replacing them on my mowers, of which we have "bunches", and when they get flats, it sucks.
Now I tried solid rubber inner tubes decades ago, and you couldn't ride with them, just way too harsh a ride and you dropped many miles per hour average cruising speed. It beat on the bike and beat on you, but we'll see how these new things work. I have one road bike and one offroad bike, same as my GF, I'll try them on the offroad mountain bike first.
Want to know even worse costs, rear tractor tires. Just had to get one, I really wanted a matched set, but at 500 bucks *per tire*, boss said "just the one that is really flat and can't be fixed". Seeing as how it had blown out, was in chunks,. and me sitting on the side of a hill making changing it rather an adventure, it qualified as "needed replacing".
I hate flats...but losing a track isn't any better either...
