Overfishing Problem Abating in Some Major Ocean Areas

I've always thought the day would come when we'd need to "farm" rather than "plunder" the ocean, to manage fishing. A new study finds the overfishing problem is reversing itself several major portions of the earth's oceans in response to management and conservation in fishing.
