the restrictions are mainly due to association rules for this subdivision.
hmmm, bushes are ok in the flower beds next to house, small flower pots and hanging pots, but no gardens. heh, there goes idea for pot with same width and depth as office desk but half as high.
well we are still planning on my seeking job elsewhere with warmer climate, after over four decades of Chicago winters I've had enough of snow and cold
