Sounds like the government there is expecting times to get even harder.
SUV isn't a pickup, nor is it a mini-van. I have a mini-van with four cylinder engine and overdrive, has much more space than my silly co-worker's SUV with engines with twice the displacement and getting half the gas mileage. The popular models of SUV are very wasteful and impractical, around here people have no real need for such a thing other than status symbol.
