I hope you can better better connected online! Been there, done that and it's really frustrating.
I'm on the new puter but haven't installed the chat thingy yet. Planned to do that yesterday, but well...you know what happened...
The neighbor on the land behind us came over a little while ago and told us to go ahead and throw all the brush and stuff over onto the wooded half acre he owns next to us and told us to call on him if we needed. We told him the same, of course, and offered to let him store what he has left in his freezer here since we have the genny running.
We feel very grateful. Our house is intact, we still have phone service and the weather is beautiful today. Got food cooking outside. We may hook up the tv for a little while tonight and watch the news.
