I can't disagree with what you're saying but think about it....from a cost effectiveness standpoint, who's going to layout big bucks just to power LED lighting?
OK...some of us off-grid cusses might, but certainly no commercial customers will, that's for sure!
And this is a great time to mention a simple concept...the lower your electric usage, the smaller the renewable energy system needed to produce that power.
It's all a matter of perspective...
