There are places in the world I believe our very cruel masters (petrodollar cartel) will do some culling because there are untapped resources and the current residents considered too troublesome. I believe we might already be seeing that in Africa, with the genocides of Arab vs. black. Areas in South America are becoming an inconvenience for them too, such as Mexico and Venezuela. There might be absorption or something more violent
But I still think enslavement is on the agenda for most, after all complete control of reproductive ability would be all it would take to adjust the population to any desired size within less than fifty years. We already know how to chemically switch off ovum release or sperm production, and for that matter sex drive itself, and how to make sex without condom life-risking.
But I also believe rising powers are not fully a part of the western banking program, China and India and Russia. The true elite of those places have visions of global domination too. Are they going to go about "king of the hill" as a chess game or war or engineered pandemic?
