The Mexicans say more, and other anecdotals are that people were dying for weeks and they might have been victims of the virus strain, they just don't know now.
As to the powers that be taking advantage of the situation, sure. The one I am worried about is forced mandated vaccines...because I don't trust those nazis at all.
Create the problem..hype it up
Offer the solution in injectable form and make it "de law" (this would be final solution version 2.0 gold)

I have long thought they wanted to rid the planet of a lot of humans, the great cull theory. Leave enough for a good slave base so they don't lose technology, but reduce the overall population so that natural resources last centuries and not decades. Bonus for them would be now enough huge empty land so all the fatcats, the top 1% of the top 1%, can have vast estates..not just big..VAST.
I mean once those folks are already so rich they can buy whatever they want, the only thing left for them to covet is power over other humans, I like to call it "Caligula Family Values".
