Interesting article in USA today about the new "economic survivalists". Can't make enough loot to get by? Globalist billionaires decide your labor is too expensive, so they offshore your job? Well, route around the problem! Get an independent job, go self employed, diversify income streams, reduce your expenses by going tangibles independent as much as possible, have a garden, raise your own meat, slow down the restaurant and fast food visits a little (especially ludicrous five dollar cups of coffee, take what you would normally spend there and buy some real silver coins or something else) invest in a few solar panels instead of that four foot wide plasma TV, etc., buy used clothes and used tools, stop dropping coin on the latest obsolete in six months gadgets and make do with the old tech longer (example: if you can stuff another stick of RAM in your computer and bump the video card one notch in quality it is almost like a full upgrade), keep old blue running longer and don't be tempted to buy a brand new ride, have a local vacation or a "staycation" and not travel to far off exotic places that don't like you anyway, and stuff like that there. More good news about the survivalism lifestyle going mainstream.
