Posted by SPW on 5/22/2006, 9:37 am Show started off with Virgil Flynn making his way to the ring for an Extreme Title match. During his entrance he got pulled under the ring. A few seconds later El Flaco Loco came out from under the ring with blood on his hands. He headed to the back. A group of refs pulled Virgil out from under the ring and helped him to the back. Rik Luxury made his way to the ring and said that he was a fighting champion and was looking for a match now that his opponent was unable to wrestle. Kenny K came out. First Match: RIK LUXURY defeated KENNY K to retain the Extreme Title At the start of the match Kenny quicking tried to get the pin, showing that he knew that if he could just win the Extreme Title he would be made in Nor Cal. Rik quickly cut him off and dominated for awhile. Kenny finally cut him off and hit a nice move in which he laid Rik on the mat and came off the apron and did a twisting splash on him. He failed to get the pin, though and Rik again took over. A bit later Kenny went for his Springboard Knee Strike and Rik nailed him with a Superkick. Instead of getting the win there Rik pulled him back up. Finally Rik finished him off with a Tigersuplex. A nice first title defense for the new Extreme Champion. Second Match: DJ Rizz (w/D-Unit) defeated Jesus "The Brownsnake" Kruze (w/ El Flaco Loco) Jesus quickly cut Rizz off and went to work on him, choking him, raking his eyes on the top rope and mocking Rizz's dance moves. Meanwhile Flaco kept walking around waving the Mexican flag. Rizz finally hit a huge Crossbody off the top onto Jesus to take over. A few moments later Rizz got the win, though Flaco claimed he cheated. The Commandos danced their way to the back. Third Match: The Rejected (Shane Dynasty and Luster the Legend with Trent Hemridge) defeated The Mafia (Vennis DeMarco and Chris Corlioni) It is amazing just how into the Rejected the fans have become. Maybe not so amazing is just how hated the Mafia has become in SPW. The Mafia stalled a great deal to start, claiming that Luster was pulling Vennis' hair and other things along those lines. Shane tagged in only to get slapped by Vennis. The two teams went back and forth for awhile with neither team able to get the advantage. A bit later Shane went for the double axe handle and missed..... someday Shane. Someday. The finish saw the Rejected hit Vennis with the classic Doomsday Device to get the win. Fourth Match: Money Mike Rayne (w/Otis) defeated Steel and thus Steel retained the BUTT Title Poor mike must have been confused since his bodyguard spent much of the match trying to get Rayne to lose so he could carry the BUTT Title. Rayne even laid down for Steel at the beginning, but then rolled him up for the two count. They traded shots for a bit and Rayne dominated until he went for a crossbody in the corner and Steel caught him. Otis distracted Rayne, allowing Steel to roll him up for a 2 3/4. Otis, out of frusteration grabbed the belt and Steel got upset, thinking the belt was cheating on him. Steel and then Rayne went out of the ring fought on the floor for a bit. Back in the ring Rayme tried to get Steel to submit, with no luck. Rayne hit his modified DDT for the victory. The Mafia came to the ring and explained that they were actually the top tag team in Northern California. OK DUE TO CAMERA PROBLEMS WE DO NOT HAVE A COPY OF THE SECOND HALF OF THE SHOW AND THUS WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE BRIEF RESULTS, BASED ON MEMORY.... Fifth Match: The Honor Society (The British Messiah Timothy Thatcher and Mr. Frost w/ Stokaroshi) defeated Seito Hayashi and Vinny Massaro (w/ Kassy Summers) to retain the SPW Tag Team Titles. At the end of the match Hayashi tagged himself in after having gotten beaten on for much of the match. Sir Samurai charged out and pulled Vinny from the apron. Vinny went after Samurai, allowing the Honor Society to score the pin. After the Honor Society left Hayashi invited Vinny back into the ring, to dance to that evening's entrance theme (if you have missed it Hayashi uses a different theme each and every night. This night it was Love Shack by the B52's). Vinny ended up attacking Hayashi, laying him out with the Massaro Massacre. Kassy entered the ring and Vinny nailed her with the Snoring Elbow. Sixth Match: D-Unit (w/DJ Rizz) defeated Trent Hemridge (w/Shane Dynasty and Luster the Legend) This was less a match and more a brawl (no pun intended). In fact Rizz, Shane and Luster just watched on while the big men battled back and forth. In the end D-Unit got the win. Seventh Match: Otis (w/ Money Mike Rayne) defeated Stokaroshi (w/The British Messiah and Mr. Frost) via Submission On in wrestling do you get to watch a freak like Otis take on a ninja. Otis made Stokaroshi tap to a blocked Quesador. Not pretty looking. Main Event: The Big Ugly JD Bishop, Bonzai Bruce Bukkake, and El Hijo De Chupacabra defeated the team of Sir Samurai, the Rock Legend Scum Adam Thornstowe, and El Flaco Loco Samurai and Bruce started things off and traded holds, both trying to lock on their signature submission holds. Bruce got the upper hand on multiple occasion so Samurai tagged in Adam and Bruce brought in El Hijo. They went for awhile and then brought in Ugly and Flaco. Ugly went to town on Flaco for awhile before Flaco was finally able to cut Ugly off. Flaco, Samurai, and Adam took turns beating on Ugly until he finally was able to reach his corner and bring in both Bruce and El Hijo. Adam grabbed the announcers table and set it up at ringside, but Bruce ended up putting Samurai on it. Adam went up top to double foot stomp Ugly in the ring, but El Hijo pushed him off and he ended up double footstomping Samurai, his tag partner, through the table. Adam returned to the ring, but Samurai laid out distracted him, which allowed Ugly to roll him up for the win. Adam and Flaco headed to the back (Samurai stayed on the floor at ringside for awhile) and it was announced that Bonzai Bruce Bukkake was leaving SPW and heading to Missori where he will be training under Harley Race. Ugly put over Bruce and Bruce put over everybody, thanking all the fans and wrestlers for the support over the years. Good luck Bruce!
