28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
As I sit here on my porch in S.W. Oklahoma. The sun has set and the evening sky reveals the awesome beauty of twinkling stars. The cool fall breeze is comforting and pleasant. I hear the howls, yips and barks of coyotes near by, the sound of a bull in the distance, crickets and the sounds of my horses as they graze in the pasture. The air is fresh and moist due to a recent rain, with a slight scent of skunk in the air mixed with honeysuckle.
As my mind takes in all that i feel, see, hear and smell i take a sip of my cup of hot coffee and am in awe of magnificence of the Lord our God and all that he has created for us in our small and little world of understanding. In this simple description of a tranquil country setting is the mixing of pleasant and unpleasant facts and qualities of natural life working in harmony as per Gods infinite wisdom.
My dear brothers and sisters, Take a moment and mentally process the wonderful and magnificent beauty of our Father and His creation...Rest and enjoy your blessings...there is a time and a season to work and to rest....We in our calling must also look along the sides of our path for tell tell signs of the way in which we walk...His Glory is all around us and is meant to be enjoyed by His children....Stop and smell the sweet scent of the roses, beware of the thorns...Drink of his water and quench your worldly thirst....Eat of his grain and be nourished with Spiritual Truth. My message to you is this my friends.....simply take in and enjoy the life that the Lord has blessed you with....slow down and look for the Lord in all that you see and do....and you will find Him in all His Glory. The Lord our God has created all things in existance...There is nothing in which he has created that is not good or has the potential for good. there is good in all his creation and all His creation has a purpose and potential for good in someway. God Bless you all and all that you do. Lots of Love
Your brother
Dan
