Goro's is great because of his Dollar Sushi happy hour on weekdays, where various pieces are a buck a pop. Goro is also one hell of a golfer. :) Niki's Tokyo Inn, off of Hildibrandt is a great place also. It's a little pricey, but its freshness can't be beat. Plus you have to observe Japanese ettiquite protocall, such as shoe removal, etc., which is a bonus!
