I used to be a fan of Rudy's, but no more. What a jerk. If he actually believes that Johnny Weir's skating style copies his, then he must have the biggest ego and sense of self-delusion on the planet. Johnny's influences are entirely Russian, and no one has ever considered Rudy's skating style to be the least bit Russian. And for Rudy to be offended because Johnny has a flamboyant personality - as if he, Rudy, should actually be the ONLY male figure skater allowed to be fab-u-LOUS! - while at the same time mocking Johnny for not discussing his personal sex life is absurd. Rudy comes across like a jealous old timer having a tantrum because the new boy in town is getting more attention than he is. Too bad. Johnny is more talented than Rudy ever was, and Rudy knows it. Must be killing him.
