I am aware that someone was told that Field said a second brooch was made for Queen Mary when Princess of Wales but I have never been able to be confident over that story.
Much depends on where people go with their questions about jewels.
Buckingham Palace is not the same as the Royal Collection. Neither is Clarence House.
Further I have never found any photos of Queen Mary wearing any PoW insignia of any sort.
Perhaps someone can find a photo?
