Yes! Nellie - I thought we (i.e. the posters on this board) had decided that the 'Double Meander' was indeed the 'Mystery Tiara' but without its aigrette?
I think it is. As to why HMQE the QM didn't wear it very much - well it was just too plain for her!
BTW I voted for 'No tiara' as I think Zara is too much of a non conformist. Has she got rid of her tongue piercing yet?
