This morning, over the first breakfast coffee, I see that the fringe, meander and festoon are level pegging. Interesting.
The festoon was a gift to Princess Anne from the World Wide Shipping Group, so that tiara has no royal history as such except starting with the Princess herself.
It is a beautiful tiara.
