Just wanted to drop a line.
This machine may have been out for awhile, but it's sweet.
I just traded my EMX-1 in, and got one of these. This is much more fun.
I have one question about the Grid mode though, maybe someone can help.
I have the voice set that I want to use(say a hi hat), and when I push the keys I want recorded in Grid, all I get back everytime is a bass drum.. How do you change sounds?
I can't for the life of me find anything about this in the manual. Only options are note, gate, velocity, etc. What dumb thing am I omitting?
