Is ther any one that can help me with properly connecting RM1x through a MOTU 8x8 patch bay to be used by Sonar 4. I have Midi-In connected and this works but when I connect both Midi-In and Midi-Out this causes a buffer overflow problem. Please explain what are the best practises for making this work. I want the pc to be the Master for the time/tempo. I am able to trigger the start and stop from Sonar but, if I have to send program change from the RM1x when I am recording on Sonar I cannot, RM1X hangs when I connect midi out.. I would eventally like to, while I have a section example E selected to record and section change on the Sonar 4 when I press another section for beat change. When I play back from Sonar, I would like Sonar to control the request for RM1x to change the section, from example E to whatever.
