I found out the answer finally from the old HWseq mail list archive, you may all be interested to look there for other tips. But first here is way divide drum track does not work for me until now:
one tip: when you select divide drumtrack on the RM1x it only splits notes in the range of C1 - C2....so it's best to also assign your drumkits on the A3k beginning with C1....
