I sure do miss handing out treats to the kids, we live too far out in the country to get any trick or treaters.

we are in a rural area..so mist kids have not had houses to go to..too far apart. It ws wild.. they came in bunches ,, 1 to 20 .. we were pooped from saying sometong to each child.. and parent and ran out of candy at 7:20,, started at about 5:15,, one man pulled a huge flat trailer holding about50 kids.. then there was a fire at a house about 1/4 mile away and we had to stop for polic and Firetrucks..of course the kids thought it was part of the entertainment
we just did the big bags of mixed caandy.. 80.00 worth.. and kids are picky..they ask to exchange. I use to do a big jug of mixed coins with a medium size neck.. had them reach in and grab.. but of course they couldnt keep a fist, it wouldnt pass thru.. if they didnt get anything, then I gace them candy..it was fun.. when I had maybe 50 kids ! - WOW Judi, I would have gone crazy if that many showed up at my house.

If I had to give out candy to over a 400 I would have gone crazy. I didn't spend that much since I had a lot of the toys already. About $15 to $20 at Walmart. They had a buy one get one free on the candy.
Next year I'm coming over to your house!!

. Well it sounds like you made 59 kids pretty happy and that should make you feel good!!
- Sounds like fun! We had no kids... we live on a hill and they don't like to walk up it! LOL
