Ellery Loves Autumn (and some other random Autumn pics!)

My sweet Ellery actually figured out how to use the computer, troll Ebay, and order herself this adorable little knit outfit!! She got her sisters to help her put it on and they wandered the house looking for perfect autumn backdrops for her posing pleasure...as my entire house is basically an explosion of autumn, it wasn't difficult! Enjoy! At the kitchen window... In the dining room... This is not a pic of Ellery, but it IS why I haven't been sewing for dolls lately...notice the new curtains, lol!! When Gwyn was here last week for the chocolate demo, we also went fabric shopping...and while I have SWORN that I wouldn't make ANY MORE curtains EVER...this fabric was too good to pass up...for 8 panels and the valance, it was only $90 worth of fabric!!! Of course, it was about 8-9 hours of back breaking sewing...but I'm thrilled with the outcome and hope you don't mind my sharing! LOL! And back to Ellery... We are having a little cocktail party tonight to welcome our daughter Manda's boyfriend from England. Ellery will be staying in her little pumpkin cart right in the midst of it all here in the family room! On a "Hayride" with her fun little ghosties and pumpkin from Anja... And, if you didn't know it...the Phillies are in the World Series again this year...my daughter Sarah dedicated her pumpkin to the cause...
