Can't participate in mtgs

Instuctions found for the cahat - meeting romms said to type your meesage in the single line box below the main screen, then hie enter. there is no enter button on my sreen just config and quit. How do I send my message and participate in mtgs. P.S. Have not rec'd any anwers to my repeated pleas for help over the past week . please help. Thanks
