To change your subscription to digest, send a letter to or....if you want to just go directly to the site to read the posts, you can do that too. Simply change your subscription to no mail. To do this, send a letter to the same address as I gave you above, and this time type: set nameoflist nomail Where it says "nameoflist" type the name of the list you are trying to change the subscription options for. For example, if I was trying to change my OA Friends subscription to no mail, I would send a letter to the above address and type: set oafriends nomail Then you can access the posts by going to http://lists.therecoverygroup.org click on archives then scroll down and click on which list you would like to read the posts from then click on which month you would like to read the posts for.
