I have been in OA for over 8yrs now and I love it. Its the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I was anorexic for 20yrs and then an overeater for 10 more years and now food is not an issue for me as long as I live my life one day at a time. I go to meetings and talk to my sponsor and friends in recovery.

: someone help me.
:
: Dear Marie
:
: OA does not have any specific
: food plan.
: Each member is free to choose their
: own food plan.
: A food plan is a tool that most
: members find helpful in working
: the steps.
:
: OA does have a pamphlet called
: "Dignity of Choice"
: that shows some food plans.
:
: To obtain this go to
: www.oa.org
: and click where it says
: "Literature"
: It can be ordered online
: or usually found at a
: face to face OA Meeting.
:
: If you need further help
: please contact me at:
: steps2joy@aol.com
:
: Love in service,
