Posting To "Abstinence" Message Board

Hi,

Today I subscribed to the "Abstinence" special focus loop. However, I'm not sure how to post on that specific board. I tried, but I recieved a listserve message not allowing me to.

Does anyone know how to post/ check-in on the Abstinence Special Focus board? I wanted to book-end my meals. Thank you.
