Hi donna i understand that feeling of losing it. I have been in the program a year had done wonderful and not sure when or how it happen , but now am back starting at square one. The first year in OA i think i was on a Pink cloud, thinking was working the program and leaving very thing to my HP and I can see now i didnt at all, The weight was gone and i turned back into the bad habits all over again , this time i took a sponsor and thank god for her today. i have to start at step one and am now ready to do what ever she says to do. I hope someone comes forword and takes you on. Good luck and keep coming back it works if you work it.
