This afternoon at my f2f meeting there were 2 newcomers and one returnee.We talked about ESH. I am so grateful that I have 5.5 months of abstinence. I was in a 2 year relapse and the newcomers reminded me what that feels like. I work hard on my program these days and it shows in my attitude about myself and every one and thing else.
I just feel very grateful tonight.
