I'm confused with the "flour" items on the CEA-HOW food plan. If I can eat whole grains like whole grain wheat, Whole grain oats, etc., can I also eat whole wheat flour, whole grain oat flour? Is it mainly the WHITE flour or unbleached that I should stay away from?
