i need technkical help

i'm trying to get on recovery loop and cannot... i guess maybe i don't know how. i keep getting messages that i don't understand. thanks - i want to join oa recovery e-mail loop and can't thanks so much. i go to lots of the oa on-line recovery meetings and i love the people. thanks again if anyone can help me.
