I am Black, 1/8 kickapoo, 1/8 white but mostly I am just Black. I am obese, I am rape and incest survivor and now the mother of young male victims, I took them for help I got burned, I can't go through another group being bombarded by people who don't understand that I have the right to speak of my own history with food issues, including furnerals, reunions and other including the problems I have had with group members who use my race as a way to escape their own issues. I will not hide the fact that I am Black I am struggling to get down to 250lbs and maintain it, I started in June 2005 I weighed 350lbs and completed one year in Celebrate October 2206 but did not get my gold chip until last month due to this very reason. I do care about other feelings but part of the spiritual side is to accept that my answers are not necessarily reflective of Oprah, God bless her or American Christians, I am Karolyn uniquely and wonderfully made.
