um I feel like vomiting today and I feel like I can't control it anymore. I am going backwards and can't seem to stop it. Every since I weighed in at Tops and got that red mark I feel different like I am spiraling out of control and I feel like I can't leave my house anymore. I feel trapped here in my own skin the desperate need of attention and overwhelming pain and desolation.
