I joined a couple of weeks ago and I must say I'm a little confused about what to do next. I receive a lot of e-mails and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to respond to them. I'm familiar with the 12 step program - I attend AA and NA and am in recovery for drug and alcohol addiction - 2 years clean and sober. There are no f2f OA meetings where I live. I've gained a lot of weight since becoming clean and sober and need some help. Thank You.
