I am new but also need a sponsor. When my eating is out of control my life, and parenting is out of control. I am willing to be your sponsor but am not sure what help you expect of me, Do you email what your going to eat everyday to stay accountable. do we pray for each other? do we just email each other for encouragement. I have been overweight my whole life, diets don't work and I am at my all time high. I have 4 children ages 10-16. I have no routine just eat wherever and whatever. I need help. I admit to step one.
