My food plan includes abstinence from sugar, flour and wheat. Most of what I eat is on the outskirts of the store...produce, meat, dairy. I use whole grains from the cereal and baking aisles and brown rice. I am working on letting go of artificial sweeteners to curb cravings. There are not a lot of convenience packaged foods that are included in my food plan, but I find that getting more involved in preparing my food is helping me. I don't know if that helps, but there are a lot of options for sugar and sweetener free foods, but not really 'products'.
: I would like my abstinance to include
: sugar not just binging between
: meals.
: For me that may mean sweetners too.
: How and where do you find products
: that are sugar free and dont contain
: artificial sweetners?
