Fair warning: the last few pics are NDR, so if that bothers you, feel free to skip them. That's why I put them at th end. 
I don't want to give away any upcoming stories, so the shots I chose today are of single subjects.
First up is Radley; he always looks depressed, even outside in the sunshine...
Ben and Jare finally got up out of the Adirondack chairs and posed for me... briefly...but I guess briefly was enough.
Here is Freezia with her flute. I think she was trying to imitate birdsong - there sure was enough of it today...
Finally some NDR photos which might explain why I didn't get as much done today as I wanted to...
There was a spectacular thunder/hail storm this afternoon, and it popped up out of nowhere. It was hailing so hard that the ice accumulated in spots, and took its time melting.
Kind of Christmas-y, isn't it? Here is the back patio table, with a couple inches of ice on it:
Needless to say, I didn't get many more pics taken after the storm hit in mid-afternoon. However, the dry creekbed (or "run") was far from dry after the storm, so I did go out with the dogs in the evening and get some pics of it:
