which is amazing, because this is one of the few hobbies I haven't grown bored of and left behind! There are so many aspects about BJDs that interest me that I haven't had a chance to get bored. Fashion dolls were pretty much only "dress-me" dolls. With BJDs, I do dress them (of course), but I also do my own maintenance work on them, customize them by changing their hair and eyes, write for them and photograph them. I never did any of those additional things with fashion dolls!
There are also many more aspects of BJDs that I can explore if I want to, like sewing and faceups. So it is still wide open for creativity.
As for what I like to see on this board... I agree with Ivy, this board seems much more like a real community than some others. And I enjoy people sharing their interest in BJDs however they like, whether it is with stories, pictures or questions of the day.
I guess in a way, selling dolls is sharing too, but only ONE other person gets to enjoy it -- the buyer. LOL!! I much prefer sales posts to be placed separately.
