New Boston Sunday 10/14, possible but doubtful

New Boston releases are this weekend and next. From what I've heard, this needs some natural flow in addition to the release so I'll be checking out the level on Saturday and making a decision then. If its over 4ft, I'll give it shot on Sunday. If not, I'll sit home. Looks like I'll be sitting home, but I'm holding out hope...

Anyone else interested?

Matt, Jeff and I ran it at 3.7' a couple of years ago - very boney. I ran it with Matt at 4' few years before that - much more fluid, but I remember feeling that I was out of control through most of the time. Everyone says its easier above 4'. I'm not sure about that, but it's definitely faster.

I'd definitely run it again, but unfortunately not this weekend :-(
