Where is the Article? Talking about the Wood river? What upper section are you talking about, Falls River section? That is fun at flood level, but a lot of blow downs. Often I'll poll up it.

Oh... the beginning of the Upper Millers... yeah, that broken dam looks like a pretty good ride, but at the levels I've seen it at (higher than this year's run) it looked like a very retentive hole. I remember a little chute on the left of the hole that looked like a good option.
