Park and play at River Island Park - April 19th

Hope you are all enjoying this great weather. No trips for me this weekend, but I did get out yesterday for a little park and play at River Island Park. Blackstone River was a little on the low side, but there were still a few waves to surf. You know me - gotta bring the camera along, so here's the video:

nice surfing, Erik. Not a bad looking spot really. Aaron and I are officially in trout season here. Did some P @P at satans friday. 720 cfs, pushy, too pushy. Down in the 5's now, make for better hole sucking action. Flatwater yesterday on the Hudson, check out Mintjuleps ride!!

Matt - the surfing is easy - trying to stay in front of the camera is a little more of a challege. I set it up on a tripod on the bank and let it run. Its a nice spot - lower than it has been for a couple of months.

There is also a nesting pair on the CT River. There will be a RICKA trip there in June. I should probably check it out.
