Hi: RICKA does have a few trips which I would describe as begginner level. By begginner I would say that you would have to had experience in moving water, Class 1 where we would not be rescuing you and your boat all day long. No one on this message board knows you or what you can do. We usually surf kayak on Wednesday nights on Narragansett Town beach after 6pm. If you do not have a roll you will be challenged. There are no dire consequences and you will see what has to be done. There is no harm in asking as we were all begginners at one time. If you want serious training, Zoar Outdoors (web page) has instruction at a cost. Thanks, Bill
