Seems that WPA is going to work"their" watershed however thay want to....removing anything that obstructs fish....it was said by whats-her-name at last night's meeting that the canal @ White Rock will be going, great place for paddling, but make believe salmon are more important to the watershed property values(she said it!)What a joke! Then she told me to move to another state that has whitewater.....
