Hey - what's with the lock on the gate and the no trespassing sign at the dam in Harrisville.
I ended up going up to the fishing area and paddling up the Nipmuc River. Once you get past the beaver dams its really pretty. Is there a put-in upstream somewhere so you can paddle down. At a higher water level - say 5 feet - that would be a fun run.
