I got a video of the Blackstone coming over the Woonsocket Falls dam at pretty much its highest flow yesterday - 14 feet at 5:00 AM. It peaked at 14.5 feet a 5:30 AM – well below its record level of 21 feet, but still pretty amazing. Unfortunately, it was dark and rainy and I didn't get a chance to go back during the day. I think you'll still get the idea.
No damage in Woonsocket, but there is some flooding downstream. Pictures from the Pawtuxet are even more amazing.
