Posted by Erik I am one who is guilty of referring to the section of the Clear River below the Harrisville Dam as the Branch River. I know it technically doesn't become the Branch River till further downstream. If we get some rain this fall, I wouldn't mind a quick trip on the Clear/Branch Rivers.

Hi Paul - thanks for your efforts. That is a very petty section of river and it will be nice to be able to go further upstream. The Blackstone Valley Paddle Club always does a trip on the Nipmuc River (one of my favorites).
